Leading SAFe 5.0 - SAFe Agilist Certification Prep Course

Begins 09/18/2020

During this 16 hour course, attendees will gain the knowledge and mind-set required to lead a Lean-Agile enterprise leveraging the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®) and using its underlying principles, which are derived from Lean, systems thinking, Agile development, product development flow, and DevOps.

Participants in the class will gain insights into mastering business and technical agility in order to thrive in today’s competitive market. The overall focus is on how to establish team and technical agility and how to organize and reorganize around the flow of value. Participants will also learn and practice the skills required for supporting and executing PI Planning events and coordinating multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
