What courses are currently being offered?

You can find the currently featured courses by selecting the Catalog menu item above. You can find the complete course catalog by selecting the All Courses menu item above.

How do I purchase a course?

If you are on the Catalog page, select the course you are interested in. Then select the "Add to Cart" button. Complete the purchase process.

If you are on the All Courses, select the "Add to Cart" button for the course you are interested in. Complete the purchase process.

How do I access a course that I've purchased?

Make sure you are logged in via the Log In menu item in the top right-hand corner of the screen. Once logged in, you will be taken to the My Learning page. From your My Learning, select the "Launch Course" button to access your course content.

I'm unable to complete a course I purchased. How do I request a refund?

Please review the CAPE refund policy.

I need a transcript or proof of completion for a course I took. How do I request one?

You can view all of your purchased courses under the My Learning menu item. Next to each course in your course list, there is a "+" icon. You can expand the details by selecting the "+" icon to show the details of your course. If you require a different or official transcript, please email [email protected]
